An object to help determine what the agent's queues should look like if they are not set up at the agent level. Created by nick on 5/6/15.

name data type description
type QueueType The type of PNRs that are in this category.
office OfficeInfo The PCC/SID that should have this queue type in this category.
category string The category that these PNRs should be in as default.
